Ted Brown
Ted Brown attended Virginia Commonwealth University and is one of the most decorated players in VCU golf history. He was a two-time All-Colonial Athletic Association selection and led the Rams to three straight league titles from 2000-02. In 2002, he fired a CAA Championship record 8-under 64 on his way to individual medalist honors. Brown was also the runner-up at the 2003 CAA Championship. In 2002, he helped the Rams qualify for the NCAA Championships at the Ohio State Scarlet Course in Columbus, Ohio. Additionally, Brown qualified as an individual for the 2003 NCAA Championships.
In December of 2009, Brown finished five-under at the 108-hole PGA Qualifying Tournament at Bear Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach, Fla. earning Brown a spot on the Web.com Tour (Nationwide Tour) by virtue of his top-50 finish.
